Probleme suite a MAJ retouche non pris en charge

Bonjour

je viens vers vous car j'ai un probleme sur lightroom classic

depuis la derniere mis a jours jours toute les modifications ne sont plus prise en compte lors de l'export.
Je vois mes photos retouché mais il faut que j'applique une nouvelle modification sur celle ci sinon lors de l'export cela m'export la photo original.

Comment ressoudre ce probleme je n'est pas envie de devoir modifier mes 11 000 photos pour pouvoir les exporté...

j'aurai une autre question, comment contact'on un vrai support cher adobe sans passer par ce forum ?

merci de votre aide.

This message 'Unable to download original file' most likely is due to your original file being on another drive. Are you working with Smart Previews? Where are your original photos stored?

J'ai contacter l'assitance adobe qui me dit que c'est peut etre car mon cloud et pleint.

il me dit soit je paye soit je supprime des milliers de photos...
