problems with Lightroom on a MacBook and my Lacie Rugged Secure USB-C 2TB external harddisk

since allmost 2 months I'm having troubles with lightroom on my macbook and my Lacie external harddisk.

the message is: 'change the permission of the folder before continuing of choose another catalog'

all my catalog's are not working at this moment. what do I need te do?
