Question about moving LrC presets and/or Photoshop to a new computer

Hi Adobe Friends -

I have upgraded my 2017 iMac to a new Mac Studio.  It's now time to move a few things over (LrC presets and Photoshop).  I've been down the YouTube rabbit hole and it seems everyone has very different and very confusing advice on this.   So, I thought I try my questions here.

First, in LrC, I don't want to move all my photos over.  I have a ridiculous amount and I'd just like to start fresh.  I would however like to move my current presets over as they are now.  Is there an easy way to do this?  Do I need to install LrC and/or Creative Cloud on my new computer before I move my presets over?

Moving Photoshop over looks to be a little simpler, but I'd take any advice/instruction on that if you have any.

I feel like this is going to require a call to Adobe and I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

Tony

If you really are going to "Start fresh" (bad idea IMO) then you only need to install Photoshop and Lightroom-Classic on the new system  (ie. no photos!).  For authorative information goto-

Move Lightroom to a new computer? | The Lightroom Queen

And for information on the location of LrC Presets that you want to copy over-

You might also want to copy Actions, Brushes, etc for Photoshop.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.3, Photoshop 26.6, ACR 17.3, Lightroom 8.3, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.4 .
