Question about recovering presets

Hey Adobe community! 

I have an interesting situation here. 
my laptop was stolen recently amd I am trying to figure out how I can get my presets on my new laptop. 
I did Lightroom back ups onto an external drive every week, so I guess my question is, will my presets be in those backups or is it done separate?
