Quick Collection to folders organized by year

I'm trying to move photos from my latest import into the folders named by year. I don't see any option to do this for several photos that I'm adding now.

I would say to not bother. Instead of taking photos that have already been imported and creating folders by year, use the Filter Bar, which automatically gives you the ability to find photos from a given year.

You have to do this in the Import dialog box by choosing "Move" or "Copy" when you import files, and by setting the date structure in the Import dialog's "Destination" panel.
