"Constrain Crop" stops working when I "Enable Profile Corrections"

I'm having issues with "Constrain Crop" or "Constrain to Image" features. I just installed Lightroom Classic on a new computer and I recreated the Presets that I used for editing real estate photography, but I am having this very annoying issue that never happened to me before in years of using LrC.  Basically, the "Constrain Crop" feature stops working when I use the "Enable Profile Correction" feature (under Lens Corrections) and move the "Distortion" slider all the way to the right, then I use the Transformation options to finish correcting the image, thus creating some white spaces. After I do this, I used to be able to simply check the "Constrain Crop" or "Constrain to Image" boxes to remove the white spaces, but for some reason it doesn't work anymore and now I have to do it manually, taking significantly more time. Please see the video I uploaded to show what is happening. What am I doing wrong? – Thank you!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I can't check this myself because I'm typing this on my iPad. Have you tried resetting the preferences? That often solves strange behaviour like this.
