Radial mask not working correctly

LRc (June 2022). The radial mask shows only as the red mask overlay, and adjustments can be made. However, the mask outline cannot be seen, resized or moved.

Any mask or just this particular mask that you are working with? Can you post screen shots?

Look at the bottom left of your image. The 'Tool Overlay' visibility is probably set to 'Never'. If you do not see this at all, then press the T key because the Toolbar is hidden.
