how do reactivate full version lightroom 6 from closed old computing system when still have download activaton code and card  am told its a dead issue and to connect to new services  however where possible want to rectivate computer version I paid for not mobille operating account which was jammed and lesser of the overall program

When trying to reinstall are you seeing an excess activation account message. If so contact will be support and request an activation count reset ask for nothing else related to Lightroom
