Read Only Folders

New Here ,
Jul 31, 2022 Jul 31, 2022

Every time I want to rename a photo in Lightroom Classic, I have to go into "properties" for the folder and uncheck "read only."  I'm using Windows 10, I don't know how to find the app Version.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Outside of LrC, using your file manager (file explorer ) go to that folder and check access rights.

I think that's a windows problem, which happens to me too. Most often a whole folder is found readonly in explorer. I didn't found a solution yet.
