Hola, mi pregunta es, si la reducción de ruido se puede hacer por zonas, o solo se aplica a toda la fotografía.

Yes and no. Yes there is a noise reduction slider that can be used with Masking. 

 

No, the new Denoise works on the whole image only as it works directly on the Raw data creating a new Linear RGB DNG file.

Que ciertamente es fabuloso, pero estaría mejor que también se pudiera hacer por zonas.

Quizás para la próxima actualización...

Personally I think it can't because it's working specifically on the raw data making a new file. If you really need this, your best option is to create the different amounts you need with different files and then opening as layers in Photoshop to blend.

 

You can try adding a feature request in the Ideas section here though. There's certainly no harm in asking.
