Reinstall of Lr6 blocked by log in box

Im trying to install Lr6 on a new computer but after opening the exe. the log inScreenshot 2023-02-24 100601.png promt will not take my email and password. (It work to log in to Adobe on line and i can see my registered Lr6 ser number.)
