reinstalling Creative Cloud - Lightroom

My computer died. I had Lightroom Classic in Creative Cloud.

 

When I reinstalled it, the version is 5.3. l seem to remember it being way up in the teens, but this is the only choice I received. Is this the correct software?

 

Also, I cannot connect to the external hard drive I save photos to. Right clicking on a photo or Catalog no longer has the Find in Finder link.

Seems like you installed Lightroom and not Lightroom Classic.
