I had to protect images on a Canon R3 from being deleted on a shoot. I stupidly then imported them into Lightroom on my Mac running Ventura 13.6.3 without removing protection - doh! Now Lightroom refuses to move rejected images to the Trash. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to remove the protection from inside LRC?

As you are using Lightroom Classic, I moved this to the appropriate forum. I don't think you can do that from within Lightroom Classic. Use the MacOS Finder.
