removing spots and other errors on photos

Unfortunately, I don't know the Lightroom Classic program well enough yet. That's why I'm asking you for help.

 

I find out that there are spots on some of the photos.

Presumably the lens of my camera was dirty,

 

How can I remove it with this nice program?

 

I hope you can help me.
