Hi there. Never had an issue renaming my images before; I have my custom file naming set up as always. When I go to rename, it somehow changes the star rating on it and the image disappears to a lower star rating. It's looking like the original file name suffix option for renaming isn't working and it glitches and does something else?? Been using LR since it was built, so this is weird...this particular instance is post PS editing a tif...not sure that has anything to do with it.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there troubleshooting I can do? I work in volume, so this needs to get fixed asap....thank you in advance!
