Repeated updates notifications

A few days ago I updated LRC to 11.5 and PS to 23.5.1 but still get "updates available" message.  In fact I now have a notification telling me 7 apps have available updates, but all are up to date.

Go to your Creative Cloud App and refresh it. ([Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ])
