Resizing on export does not work in Lightroom Classic

I am trying to export 150dpi jpg image with 120x160cm size but the image always get exported in a different size. Someone else had that problem? I've always did this same process and it always worked, but now it seems that something is off.

What size do you get? To get 120cmx160cm, which is a 3x4 aspect ratio, the image MUST BE cropped to a 3x4 aspect ratio.

Do you really want an image 120cm x 160cm? That's huge
