Is the right click working in other programs? Have you double checked your Trackpad settings in System Preferences of your MacBook Pro? Are you using the two finger tap method or pressing control+one finger tap?

The original post is some 4 years old, Operating systems, programs, hardware, have moved on drastically in that time. Causes of your issues might not relate at all. So solutions might not be the same.

Also, most members pretty much ignore old discussions.

Highly recommend that you post your own discussion.

When you do, include:

  • Exact name and version of Adobe software at hand.
  • Name and version of your Operating System
  • Make and model of your computer (some MAC's have model specific oddities)

A good way to provide that info is to click on help, click on system info, click on copy, and paste that in your posting (please trim that down to the info starting at first line, and continuing down to just past plug-in info, info after plug-in info just do much goblygook)

It's working ok for me on 10.12.5 with either control+click or two finger click.

What is your OS and MacBook Pro???
