I'm having an issue where for some reason the secondary display by default pops up over my main screen. If I hit F11 it takes over the Lightroom interface. Minimizing via clicking the LRC icon on the taskbar seems to help - when I reopen it the second screen is where it belongs but anytime I switch back to the app its default behaviour is to sit on my main monitor.
This is a windows 10 issue.
