Hello everyone. I'm using Lightroom CC 12.4 and was very happy with the new selection tools. Suddenly there was a problem. Whatever the selection mode chosen (person, object) the selection is a red rectangle for people (no outline) therefore useless or an incomplete gradient (50%) of the selection. I've deactivated the plug-ins, reset to factory settings, uninstalled then reinstalled with and without the previous settings, and I'm still at the same point - the new selection tools have become useless. (I also tried to modify the tools in the masking help).
I've done as much as I think is possible at my level, and I'm pretty sure it's not much, but...
Can anyone help me?

To build on GoldingD, most problems with LR's AI commands are caused by older, buggy graphics drivers. Try updating your graphics driver by going directly to the manufacturer's web site:
