Setting up a Smart Collection with a required followed by two "ORs"

I want to have a smart collection that selects based on date then either one of two criteria. I might be missing something but it seems I can only have "ALL" or "ANY" apply to the three. When what I want is ALL applied first, then "ANY" to the subsequent two.

Alt-click on the "+" at the end of the last argument to get to your "Any" search.
