Shuts down a second or two after opening (No Crash Report Dialog)

Hello. I have the latest updated version of Lightroom Classic downloaded on my Macbook Pro (OS Ventura 13.2.1). When I try to open Lightroom, it shows the opening window for a second before shutting down immediately without notification. I am signed in to an Enterprise cloud account with my own login credentials. Could someone please help me troubleshoot? Thanks!

The last time you used LrC, did it close properly? Or did you force quit? Or did LrC crash? If the latter two, then the lock file will have not been deleted. Have you checked for the lock file?

I don't recall Lightroom crashing or having to force quit. I checked the Pictures/Lightroom folder but did not see a .lrcat.lock file. I also did a general search on my Mac and it didn't pop up.
