Since the most recent update I can't access the menu item "replace sky" in light room classic

When I go to the edit menu to access "Sky replacement" the option the replace sky is no longer there?

Sky Replacement is a Photoshop option- not in Lightroom-Classic! (This being the Lr-Classic forum)

Photoshop MENU: Edit > Sky Replacement...
