When editing a wedding I create virtual copies of the gallery and then copy and paste a black and white filter onto the flagged virtual copies. Always done it this way. Since the update a few days ago, it wont copy the black and white ticked box. It seems to copy over most/all of the other options, as it's working for my colour images fine. It's not the end of the world as I can just click BW for each photo but it just slows down my work flow.
I've tried doing updates (it does them automatically anyway) and I've tried resetting the preferences. Made no difference. Have also tried different catalogs and it's the same issue.
Thanks!

I'm clicking my bw VSCO filter - copy - selecting the options I want copied (Curves, colour grading, treatment and profile, colour mixer) and then pasting. But when it pastes it's not doing bw bit, they're still colour. It's always worked before!
I have however just found a way round it.
If I select one of the flagged photos that I've just pasted to and press BW, then copy that. That then copies the BW option. I've no idea why it isn't working from the original copy. But as long as I can get it pasted onto the 1000 photos then I'm all good haha!
Thanks for your help!

@holliec23809651 I can't check this on my side because I don't have the plugin.
What you can try first is to reset the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

Hey,
I have already reset the preferences, made no difference. It's ok though, thanks for your help. I've worked out a way to do it now. A bit more long winded but as long as the end result is the same I'm happy! Thanks again for trying!

One possibility: are the source and destination for this pasting of the same common file class (either all Raw based, or all non-Raw based)? Many editing settings don't care about this issue, but some (which are specifically Raw-conversion or profile-connected) will understandably enough take no effect when pasted onto (say) a JPG, PSD or TIFF based image. One well known example of that is Basic panel White Balance which works on different fundamentals in Raw and non-Raw contexts, so is not transferable between one amd the other.
Personally I tend to carry out B&W by desaturating all colours in HSL panel - via preset - and that method can paste interchangeably across Raw and non-Raw images. It does not get involved at all in setting B&W mode nor in changing Raw profiles and such so the image file type is of no account. Remaining in colour mode has some advantages anyway IMO. And the per-colour range Luminance sliders in HSL can be used as equivalents for the Color Mixer slides you might otherwise use in B&W mode.
