I don't know how or why, but in the "quick develop" panel all my sliders have changed to "arrow buttons" allowing me to change  a full stop and 1/3 of a stop in both directions. IDK if it's something I did or it has changed in the update. I've googled and youtubed it for hours, but I've hound ZERO info on it. Can someone help me get back to regular sliders...PLEASE!

Actually they haven't changed.

The Quick Develop panel in Library has always had arrow/double arrow buttons. The reason for this is that the QD Panel adjustments are relative rather than absolute. The values add or remove from existing settings instead of replacing them.

Sliders exist only in the Develop module.

Quick Develop never had sliders, but buttons as you describe.

The Develop module has sliders.
