Slow Exporting

Hi all, my lightroom (classic) has been running super slow since the update. Is there anyway to revert to the previous version or if I clear cache etc to try help- would I lose the catalogue, photos or presets? I'm talking that it's refusing the export 3 photos because it's taking so long now. I have 150gb left on my 237gb harddrive so think it's not a harddrive and definitely not a specs thing since it ran perfectly before the update?

Look at your computer's resource monitor while you do the export? Is there a particular resource that is heavily used?
