48,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. TUF GAMING X570-PLUS_BR (AM4) 34 °C
Graphics
LG HDR WFHD (2560x1080@60Hz)
E2250 (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (ASUStek Computer Inc) 42 °C
Storage
3726GB Seagate ST4000DM004-2CV104 (SATA ) 46 °C
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164 (SATA ) 46 °C
1863GB KINGSTON SFYRD2000G (SATA-2 (SSD))
476GB Lexar 512GB SSD (Unknown (SSD))
-------------
I suffer from super slow interface usage after some minutes of working on LRC. My entire PC slows down, even if the interface is minimized. When I click to chance some tab in the develop mode, it almost breaks the computer.

The computer resources are not being fully used as I'm watching them using HWiNFO64 (printscreen attached). Physical memory stays around 38-50% usage, I bought a super-fast SSD (7300/7000 MB/s) to put my entire catalogue and RAW originals in order to test if it was the HD speed, but it doesn't use more than 5% of the SSD activity.

I also tried the following steps to test it, without any improvements:
- Reinstalling LRC from scratch
- Formatting my Windows
- Camera RAW Cache Settings in 50GB
- Turned on and off the GPU Hardware acceleration
- Used Smart previews instead of originals
- I don't write changes into the XMP automatically
- I disconnected my secondary monitor the see if it was the efforts to render all in the screen
- I put LRC in High Performance on System > Display > Graphics settings

I tried every single forum tip that I saw for this topic.
I'm just wondering if it is a kind of limitation on the Windows application.
This is my last try before considering moving to a MAC : ' )

Thanks

Are you running any antivirus software? If so, try disabling it or excluding the catalog and preview folders from the scan. Another thing on windows that I understand can cause major slowness is the built in indexing service. There is a commandline thing you can try disabling it. I don't use windows but these are things I have read can be issues.
