Thanks for your help in advance. I've never had too many issues with Lightroom Classic other than operator error, but lately renaming photo's has become painfully slow. Even renaming one photo can take 12 - 15 seconds. My importing and exporting of pictures works great. I'm not the strongest on Lightroom, but I've tried to do what I can. So far I've checked for updates, turned off cloud sync and optimized the catalog. Thanks..!!
Can you provide more detail about how you are renaming photos? Are you selecting the photo and renaming by tapping the F2 key? Giving more information will allow us to try the same steps to see if we can repeat the problem to troubleshoot.
