Adobe employee Soma Gupta is a star. In the course of one, multi-hour chatting/taking over my cmputer session, he solved a very difficult Lightroom problem that had perplexed myself and a virtual army of friends. When he had figured out the problem for one batch of photos, he showed me the solution and handed the job over to me. But I was hesitant, he sensed this, and he went through my whole file, importing them, syncing them to the catalog, the whole nine yards. A genius and a generous one.
