Some photos won't post to smugmug

I have tried and tried to add a specific photo to a collection on Smugmug.   I even tried saving it as a jpeg instead of psd that I'd tried.   I get the error:   (for two photos, but I 've only jumped thru hoops for the one)

What header are they talking about?   What's wrong?

this has happened a couple of times in the past, and I've never understood.   There's nothing wrong with those photos so why won't they post?

thanks,

Judy

Actually I just figured out what the problem is - I'd posted these to Instagram when I could post from LR, and the hashtags etc went into keywords which made them very looooooong.   I happened to notice this long keyword section, deleted it, and lo!   was able to publish to smugmug.

thanks a lot for responding.

As an experiment, can you export these two photos to your hard disk somewhere? Do you get the same error? Different error? No error?

Easily!   These are "normal" photos - in a number of collections - including the one from which couldn't get them to go to smugmug.  Seems like would have to be the smugmug add on.

thx.

I don't see how this answers the request I made to try an experiment and report the results.

If this is through the Smugmug Publish Service, have you updated to Lightroom Classic 11.3 that became available yesterday? It fixes problems with Publish Services, which of course affected Smugmug customers.
