Finding lost folders and photos in Lightroom Classic.

I have found almost all my missing folders and photos.  However, now when I see the empty photo I get an Exclamation Mark AND next to the exclamation mark a horizontal double headed arrow and get nowhere.  What does this designation indicate and how do I find the photos with these two designations in the upper right part of the photo

Thank you

John

Can you post a screen-clip of what you describe?

An exclamation mark, alone, indicates a "Missing" image file.

An exclamation mark in a grey box with 3 horizontal lines indicates a metadata miss-match.

A Horizontal arrow could suggest a 'Synced' file or a double arrow an 'embedded preview'.

So screen-clips would help an answer.
