Suddenly can't drag photos from library to any collection

All of a sudden, I can't drag my photos from my library to a collection. When I click on one and try to move it it won't drag the photo. This goes for any photo in the library to any collection. I was moving along quite well at first then it stopped for some reason.

When you click on the image to drag it, just make absolutely sure that you click on the image itself, NOT on the frame around it.
