J'ai le même problème. après la mise à jour de Lightroom CC je me trouve avec une version d'évaluation et ce malgré un abonnement . De plus Lightroom se bloque et propose d'envoyer un message d'erreur. Je me suis connecté au chat d'adobe, il reconnaissent le Bug mais ne trouve pas le moyen de débloquer la situation sinon d'utiliser le "creative cloud cleaner" d'Adobe. J'attends car cette solution m'inquiète car je risua de perdre mon catalogue et preset etc...

Using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall Adobe apps and then reinstalling Lightroom Classic will not touch your catalog or presets -- they'll be there after you reinstall LR:

Thks for your message . Nevertheless I am waiting for a response from Adobe
(chat helpdesk) as well because in fact I have two problems ( Suddenly
Lichtroom shutdown and the unknown expected evaluation program which ended
in the x days).
