Suppression de mes achats

J'ai juste changé de téléphone et en m'identifiant sur le nouveau tous mes achats ont disparus comme si je n'avais jamais rien acheté.

Que faire pour récupérer mes achats et mes montages photos ?

Could you please specify the version of Lightroom you are currently working on? Is it Adobe Lightroom (Desktop), Lightroom Mobile (iOS/Android), or Lightroom Classic (macOS/Windows)?

 

You have mentioned changing mobiles. Assuming you were working on Lightroom Mobile, all the images & presets are stored in the cloud under your Adobe email account if you have an active subscription. - I have checked your profile & we could not find any active subscription. Could you please share any of your email accounts that you might have used before with me via DM so I can look into it?
