Synk in LightRoom classict doent work in a new way

Synk is ON and shows that everithing is synced

But there are no synk checkboxes in Collections tab

I've tried to add images manually to All Synked Images and got this

I had such issues - with missing synk checkboxes - before but usually turning synk off and on worked as solution. For now I tryed it several times and even restarted LrC several times with no effect.

Adobe should fix all these synk issues (also Forsing of reset settings and Metadata errors) before adding nex features. Synk is important part of existing workflow!

Restrating the compuret fixes this issue bun I got Metadata Error issue immediatelly
So there are 3 ways now how sync may not work
