Sync Issue - Lightroom Mobile v7.1.1 and Classic v11.1

I'm having sync issues across my Lightroom apps. This issue happened about a week ago. All this while I just import photo into either LRClassic or mobile and it will be auto-sync across all. One day the sync just stopped happening. I tried rebuilding sync data but it took 3-4 days yet it's still in sync status with tons of photo pending upload. 

 

Right now whenever I upload a photo on the mobile app it just doesn't sync with LRClassic although the status is shown as "sync". 

 

I've also attached screenshots of this sync issue which I'm having now. 

Lightroom classic v11.1

One file in sync folder under catalog but this file not reflected in mobile app

Lightroom mobile v7.1.1

209 photos in mobile app but not sync in LR classic

Creative Cloud Desktop

I have no cloud documents and libraries are all empty but it says I used 5% (1GB) data. Why is this so?

 

Please help.

We're sorry about the trouble with Syncing issues in Lightroom all apps. Would you mind telling us that, if you are signed in with the same email address on both applications? If yes, please go to lightroom.adobe.com to check which all images are synced to the cloud.
