Sync issues after upgrade to 13.0.1

After the zwo upgrades (LRc and Mobile) I have significant Sny issues. After reading all help articles I have deleted my online bibliothek and started new, which is extremely time consumimg. But the issue is that I still have sync issues with my brand new catalog. Uploading the new pictures take very long, but disturbing is that the mobile versions give the feedback "waiting for levels" (warten auf Einstellungen). Adobe has mentioned this a a known issue and gave a workarround to slightly change one level, then it will be synced. Unfortunately that does not help. I found no way to move my images into the Cloud !

I have the very same problem. I have recreated and trashed several catalogs. Now, I my photos are all safe on my NAS (one on site, one off site), but I've lost all my collections and have had to recreated previews, usw.

 

I seem to have little problems when I take photos on my phone and push them via Lightroom mobile, but I have significant problems editing then pushing back to the cloud. Just spins on 1 or several photos. 

 

This is the only fix that works for me: I rename (or delete) the xxxxSync.lrdata file. This means I loose any adjustments that I made in Lightroom Mobile, but I am able to push the close again. Well, I can push for a few days at least. 

 

I wish I had not upgraded as everything was working fine beforehand.
