Sync no longer working in LrC 11.1 - how to fix?

Since updating to 11.1 a few days ago I cannot get some of the synced collections to update properly on my devices. I have collection in LrC set to sync which previously synced fine. I would add photos and they would show up on Lr desktop and mobile. Now some of them do not sync or sync incompletely to Lr desktop or mobile.

 

I tried:

 

1. deleting the folders and adding them back

2. turned syncing off and back on for the Lr desktop and mobile

3. rebooted the mobile device

4. verified sync is turned on with all the collections

5. rebuild sync data in preferences

 

None of these fix the problem. Nothing has changed with the collections, it's just that some of them (which previously synced fine) now sync incompletely or not at all, while others continue to sync. I first noticed that when I added new photos they wouldn't show up. Then after deleting and readding the collections, only a few photos would sync over and one collection won't sync at all.

 

Anyone have similar issues and how to fix?

We're sorry about the trouble with syncing issues with Lightroom Classic.

 

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic by:  https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

Backup your preferences before resetting by: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html

 

If the issue persists, go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and review the Sync Errors/Issues Album (upper right). Any unresolved syncs will show up as black thumbnails and have text instructions inside that tell you how to resolve the sync.
