Lightroom classic 11.0 on Mac OS Monterrey 12.0.1
LC always says there are 5 photos syncing, but when I look at sync settings there is nothing shown. I've tried rebuilding catalog as well as starting over by deleting all data in Adobe, and after starting over i'm back to syncing loop and I'm unsure which 5 photos they are. It doesn't show as sync errors collection, so I'm kind of stuck. I generated a diagnostic log but unsure where to upload it to as it's 800MB?

If you log in at https://lightroom.adobe.com do you see a sync issues album?

Completed this process after a few days of syncing between power management kicking in on the iMac.
Plugged in an old HD that had some photos in the library after seeing a message in sync logs about it, figured it couldn't hurt if the stuck photos were from that drive. After syncing upwards of 29,000+ photos at some point in the process, it finally settled on.....
5 photos remaining.
I restarted the app, and immediately LRC crashed (I submitted it):
Still stuck on 5 photos remaining, and they still are not listed in the sync settings logs after waiting 30s to 5 mins.

We've reached the limit of interface-available options. It is time to collect a log and see if we can review it to determine the assets failing on sync.
In Preferences>Lightroom Sync hold down the [Opt/Alt] Key to reveal [Generate Diagnostic Report]. Collect this report next and we will have the engineers review to see what is stuck.

Given the size, zip the group of logs and post it to a shared Creative Cloud folder, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar and DM me the link.

From the engineer:
"There are five files which were missing from docStore. Can you please ask the user to remove the below mentioned files from the sync pipeline, let everything settle and add them again ( one by one if possible )."
Remove them from any synced collection and All Synced Photos.
