Synchronisation hang up

Recently upgraded LRC to 10.3.  Windows 10 on Micrsoft Surface 4.

When attempting to synchronise a folder with 167 images to add, LRC got stuck and became unresponsive.  Restarted LRC, restarted computer, shut down and restarted everything, to no avail.  Synchronise continues to hang and render LRC unresponsive.   Tried synchronising folder wiht only 3 images to add but had same problem.  Please help.

Could this be a bug in 10.3??  Can I revert to a prior version??

Hi there,

 

We'e sorry that Lightroom gives out an error while syncing images. could you please try the following:

 

Open Lightroom Classic -> Preferences -> Lightroom Sync -> Press alt/option -> Rebuild Sync data.

 

Lightroom will restart and syncing will reset and there will be no impact on your images.

 

Let us know how if goes.
