Bonjour,
Mon catalogue me dit depuis de nombreux jours que j'ai deux photos en cours de synchronisation, mais il m'est impossible de savoir lesquelles ni quoi faire.
Comment traiter le problème ?
Je suis sur PC windows 11 et j'ai LRC à jour.
Je partage mes données avec LR.

I don't know what is "CC" .... on m'y desktop it's named "LRC" and it is un to date ...

restart your computer.
if that fails to resolve the problem. close lrc and reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

How can you explain that it's impossible to know witch photos are the 2 with sync problem ?

if there's a file specific problem, you have to use trial and error to find the culprit.

Bonjour,
Désolé, mais je ne comprends pas du tout ! ma question est "comment savoir quelles photos n'arrivent pas à se synchroniser", il n'y a rien qui permet de les identifier.
LRC me dit qu'il y a 2 photos en coours de synchronisation, sans que cela change depuis des semaines, et je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir quelles photos ...
