Synchronize Metadata

Hey! I tried to sync metadata. But don't give more than one picture at a time. I have Lightroom classic book and I found the model. Or have I done something wrong? Below is a picture what I'm made of and what I meant.

I have selected one image, mut other Unable to metadata. Or am I doing something wrong?

If you select one image only, then obviously those metadata are going to be applied to this one image only.
