Hi. I have a problem with the connection. On a desktop PC, shooting with a connected camera works perfectly. As soon as I press the shutter button, the picture immediately enters Lightroom. Everything is stable and without problems. But everything is bad with the laptop. I'm trying to connect the same camera with the same wire. Lightroom sees the connected camera, sees the settings of the connected camera, even live view shows perfectly. But after the shutter button, not a single picture gets into lightroom. It's just that nothing happens. I have already reinstalled windows on my laptop, but the result has not changed.
P.S. if I shoot through eos utility, then everything works fine. and on a laptop. I tried to work in lightroom through eos utility, but it takes longer than in lightroom right away. Help!
