Dear Adobe Team,
In order to prevent your long time customers from moving to other software company alternatives (as I will be doing), I would recommend that you at least allow users who have purchased your products (Example: Lightroom 6 - CD Version) to install and utilize them for as long as they wish (as is the case with all the other software I have ever purchased on CD/disk), rather than trying to push them into a subscription-based model without any prior knowledge. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Adobe and will not be purchasing or using any Adobe Software products moving forward.

Cheers,
Jordan

Look at this from a business point of view. What 'long time customers' are you talking about? People who bought something from Adobe many years ago are ex-customers, not long time customers. Why would Adobe care that you go to the competition if what they would need to do in order to stop that still does not make you buy anything from Adobe again? I understand why you ask this for yourself, but you do not give Adobe any incentive to do this.
