the internet is working fine on all other apps on the computer and on other devices but LRC keeps giving this message

And, if you are, perhaps sign out, then sign in.

 

Perhaps it is time (perhaps past extra time) for your Adobe Plan authentication, but connecting to Adobe is failing. Could be a flakey Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop session.
