Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Lightroom Classic. We are here to help.

After any recent changes to Lightroom or the operating system, has this started to happen? Could you please confirm if you have tried any troubleshooting steps?

The crash report's driver date (202108) translates to August 2021. Please update the graphics drivers to the latest available version from the manufacturers website, Intel in your case:https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics.html

and then reset Lightroom Classic to make it aware of the new drivers by following the steps mentioned below.

  • Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.

  • While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic. The following dialog box appears:

SameerK_1-1647268795871.png
  • Press Yes.

For Troubleshooting Graphics Card related issues with Adobe Lightroom Classic, please check this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

We hope this helps. Please let us know if it does.

Thanks!
