What were your in camera IQ setting for the RAW?

Perhaps MRAW or SRAW?

Those formats have been demosaiced and are no longer raw files.  True raw files are mosaiced.
Support may exist in the future but for now Denoise is limited to Bayer and Xtrans mosaiced raw files.
