To delete/not delete LRPREV files

I have old LRPREV in my cloud that I can't bring home and that is a lot of MB's. Can I just delete it

I suspect you've posted in the wrong forum.

Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us the exact installed version number of your software. 

.lrprev files are Preview files. If you delete one and you need it later it will be rebuilt.
