Hello,

I'm unable to open LR Classic as well as PS.  I have no clue what happened as I was able to last night.  I pay $19.99 monthly and the last payment was made April 2, 2021 so I know it's not because I haven't paid the bill.  As I try to open either one a box pops us that reads Start Your 7 day free trial and Buy at Adobe.com.

I really need to do some work and since it's Sunday, I'm unable to call Adobe.  Maybe someone here can assist me please?

Thanks so much!

Shannon

Go to https://account.adobe.com/ and check exactly which Plan to are subscribed to.

(The "Lightroom Plan" does not include Ps and Lr-Classic)

Some things to try-

Sign OUT of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App

Re-boot the computer,

Sign IN to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App- Be sure you are using the same Adobe ID as your Photography Plan subscription.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.

Thank you! Yes, I'd done all of that before posting the question. I
actually pay $19.99 for LR & PS. Because i needed it right away and Adobe
is closed on Sundays I went ahead and purchased it again. Hopefully, when I
speak to Adobe tomorrow it'll be sorted out.

Thanks so much for your response!
