Unable to sync images with Lightroom Classic 6.5

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

Hi, I'm using Lightroom version 6.5 on my laptop. For 2 months I have synchronization problems which I did not have before. I tried wifi, ADSL, fiber optic, 5g ... Lightroom computer does not sync while the plan is expensive. Do you have any ways to solve my problem ?

Regards

Yes, sure! The images you're seeing in the Sync issues tab impact the entire Sync workflow in the Lightroom Ecosystem.
If you're able to identify the images that are in the Sync Issues tab, back them up away from Lightroom. Please be sure you have backups of the original images before you proceed further.

Clear the contents of the Sync Issues & the Deleted folder.

Let Lightroom be open for 20-30 minutes to sync up to the cloud.

Let me know how it goes.

Hey, @Mata5E2C. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. What operating system are you working on?

Before you make any changes, log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & cross-check images that have successfully uploaded to the cloud. Look for a tab for 'Sync Issues' & backup these files locally before clearing this category.

In Lightroom Web, make a small change or edit to existing images & check if that syncs down to the Lightroom desktop.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Sameer K.

Hello,

I use windows 10 pro.

I can see on the online version images that have been deleted on my computer. If I edit on the online version, nothing happens on the computer. It says "1200" synchronization issues. When I look at these images it says Open File in the computer software. The files are always in the Lightroom on the computer.
